The location is superb! And the staff is friendly.

Breakfast options are limited. Hot items require extra payment.

This was a very nice stay during my holidays. The hotel's location was great and fantastic, right by the Mercados nearby, a plaza with restaurants and live music on the weekends and the center of Merida. Ate at Masala'z Indian Takeaway, it's just a short walk away from the venue.

the breakfast food was free, the staff were consistently courteous. location: the hotel was adjacent to great restaurants and the city center, airport, the ado or the mercados and the paseo montejo and other modern hotels/restaurants.

The King Room was really comfortable and super clean. It had nice big beds and daily towel replacements. I loved that there were two bottles of complimentary water waiting for me. The location is decent too, just a bit away from the center but close to some restaurants. Plus, it had good internet and a free breakfast.

The property was well-kept and fully equipped, I would recomand!

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Paseo Montejo was particularly good. The room was reasonably large with comfortable king sized beds and the staff EXCELLENT.

Competent stuff, contemporary and fashionable room in the upper floors. Great amenities like climate control, an iron, and a writing table. Cool drinks at roof top bar, good service.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which enhanced our comfort . The staff displayed amazing kindness, promptly addressing any queries we had. The complimentary breakfast featured a nice variety. We particularly appreciated the quick access to transportation options right outside the hotel, made our sightseeing seamless.

The cost per night felt elevated, especially given the area's options.

My stay included a nice king room, but check-in took too long.

The king room was very clean and super comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me. It's in a decent location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the fitness center facilities, a nice touch .

I had a great stay during my holidays and I'm glad I chose City Express Plus. the room was clean and had a fantastic view. the comfortable king-sized beds made for a perfect night's sleep, and I really enjoyed the live music downstairs. it was a very enjoyable experience!

The hotel had large, clean rooms and was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants. I loved that the hop-on hop-off bus stop was right in front. Made exploring so easy!

I appreciated thenice and neat room paired with the hotel's decent location, making it super easy to stroll around and discover nearby landmarks like the beautiful Anthropology and History Museum, just 500 meters away, and enjoying a leisurely walk to the lovely Mejorada Park, almost 2 km from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from restaurants and the downtown area. the rooms are fashionable and contemporary, featuring comfortable king-sized beds and stunning views. A highlight of the stay was the delightful rooftop bar.

I stayed for a couple of nights while visiting some nearby parks and enjoyed my time here. The hotel was modern and spacious, with easy access for seniors. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. While the breakfast options could use some improvement, it was adequate overall.
